Dr. Oetker – UX Lead

I was brought in via AKQA in Berlin for a 3 month contract as the Lead UX Designer for the international Dr. Oetker website redesign. Due to staff changes, in the second half of this period, I also took on the PO tasks for the project.
During this period, I was in charge of leading all UX decisions made about the product and user flow, quality assurance, cleanup of previous logic and elements from before I started, in addition to the PO tasks of coordinating with the developers and tech leads to ensure that all features were being developed according to plan and intention.
